Laura Mercier Highlighter Review

This is a lightweight powder illuminator that brings instant glow to your face, eyes and body. I tried three of them on when i went to my local Sephora and just loved the Peach Mosaic and the Pink Mosaic but since winter is around the corner i went with the Pink Mosaic.

I love the fact that I don't even need to use a blush under it. Its a blush+highlighter that you can add to the top of your cheekbone and it brings an instant subtle glow. It is very pigmented so a little goes a long way.

The shimmer can be a little strong on darker skin tones so you need to test it on your skin tone before buying it.

Laura Mercier Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Lightweight
  • Pigmented (Lasts longer)
  • Available in beautiful shades
  • Gives a healthy glow
  • Lasts around 5-6 hours
  • Can be used as eye shadow
  • Fragrance Free
  • Dermatologist & Allergy tested
  • Best for lighter skin tones

Cons

  • Gets frosty if you build it up too much
  • Needs to be blended out on most skin tones
  • Not suitable for day time use on darker skin tones (too shimmery)
