2 Ingredient Homemade Face Mask
I love having soft and silky skin, but sometimes that comes with a hefty price tag. So I have come up with a face mask that I find works great for me. Hopefully it will for you too. I definitely recommend being careful using any kind of new face product. Sometimes it can cause redness and rash, if you have sensitive skin or acne please check with your dermatologist before you try anything.
Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- Mix your ingredients together.
- Apply to your face, I used a clean paint brush.
- Leave on for 10 Minutes (less time if you have sensitive skin)
- Rinse off with warm water and apply a face lotion.
I know that this may sound like a weird face mask but I know in the old days they used to use some weird stuff on there faces. I was reading the other day about a woman who used to soak her face with canola oil everyday. Thats crazy, I don't even know how you would wash all of that off. I don't think I would try that, but there are a lot of different face masks out there and you should find the right one for you.
This face mask really does wonders for my face and I am not sure why but for some reason it really seems to work. I would recommend trying it on a little patch of skin first. People with sensitive skin, I recommend leaving it on for less time because of the lemon. Also, you can't make this and leave it in the fridge ahead of time because the acid from the lemon will curdle the egg whites.
Good luck!!
