How to Take Care of Your Butt and Keep it Sexy

Hey girl. How's your ass? Does it look good? Does it have a velvety appearance? How about its shape? Are you happy with its tone? Its flexibility? Does it feel good? How about I give you a few tricks to help you take better care of it, pamper it, and maybe, just maybe, get it plumper, firmer and sexier? Here we go...

Contract it

Frequently contract your derriere to strengthen gluteal muscles and help fight gravity. You can do it anywhere, anytime: at work, while cooking, watching TV, in a queue... But it's even better if you really exercise. Climbing stairs, bicycling, doing hip thrusts, squats, deadlift, leg press or aerobics is great for your heinie. But don't stay in your sweaty clothes as it can lead to bacterial growth. Jump in the shower ASAP!

Scrub it

Deep scrub your butt cheeks at least once a week, maybe twice. It will exfoliate but also flush out any lymphatic system swelling. This way, you'll get rid of dead skin cells and help your flesh absorb the active compounds from the products you use. Most major cosmetics brands offer quality slimming creams, lotions or gels. Make sure it contains methylxanthine (that's what's efficient for cellulite) or vitamin A (for stretch marks) and to use it every day. You can also use a skin brush, a massage glove or a loofah sponge to scare away unsightly dimpling and toxins.

Freeze it

Once you're done with your daily hot shower, rinse your ear end with gradually colder water. As cold as you can! This will help to make tissue firmer. Plus, it will help you with your ongoing fight to the death against cellulite!

Massage it

Do it yourself, or better yet: have your boyfriend (or girlfriend) do it to you. Make sure you have some time ahead of you... Who knows where it will lead? ;) You/he/she should put one hand on each of your buttocks, press firmly near the thighs, and move upwards – always upwards when pressing firmly – toward your waist. Go back down much more lightly and then repeat a few times. And moisturize at the same time. Over time, it will better the shape of your butt, getting it closer to the rotund appearance you want.

And the fun doesn't even stop there! You/he/she should now tap it lightly a few times. This will activate blood circulation and oxygenate tissues.

Feed it

You should drink four or five pints of water, which will also help prevent stretch marks. Consume lots of lean proteins (chicken, fish, seafood), to help build muscle mass, and slow-burning carbohydrates (pasta, rice) and fiber. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Reduce salt, which causes water retention, sugar and saturated fats.

Be happy

Negative emotions (anger, frustration, anxiety, sadness) increase the release of cortisol in your body, which contributes to the storage of fat.

Don't smoke

Smoking reduces the flow of oxygen in tissues. Among other bad things...
