Probiotics are another option for cleaning your skin from the inside. These are also known as “good bacteria” and are mostly found in dairy products such as yogurt and fermented products. While these DIY acne masks are superpowers when it comes to fighting acne, these alone won't be enough to prevent acne from appearing on your face once and for all. You need to further protect your skin from acne and other issues by staying out of the sun and by washing your face regularly. Also, while many women are tempted to use makeup to hide their acne, this will only make matters worse in the long run. It blocks your pores and only results in more acne. During breakouts, try to avoid makeup altogether and opt for a homemade mask instead. However, if you must use makeup, do your best to find something that doesn't contain any dye or chemicals.
