This collection includes the Bradenburg Gate, which is located in the capital city of Berlin. also the collection utilizes some of fairytale aspects wit Garden gnomes and a Frog Prince too. Plus celebrates a nod to the classic German car, VW Beettle. Sit back and enjoy this spectacular collection now!!
Brandenburg Gate
Brandenburg Gate was built in 1791 in what is now known as the city of Berlin. It is a beautiful old city gate and after the fall of the Berlin Wall has been known as a symbol of peace for the Germans whose country was reunited. This silver charm is absolutely stunning and even has a small piece of the Berlin Wall with the word 'FREE' written on it to symbolize the freedom the Germans were given after the famous fall of the Berlin Wall. If ever there was a charm to symbolize Germany this is truly it!
Garden Gnome
Garden Gnomes would appear to be yet another German symbol. When in Germany, the citizens of this country seem to have a love/hate relationship with the Garden Gnome. They are widely popular though whether loved or hated, because supposedly there are some 25 million of them on display here. Whether being a symbol of this country or not, one cannot argue this silver charm has a lot of character and is very endearing.
VW Beetle
Most know Volkswagen as a German made automobile company. Therefore, it is definitely yet another symbol of Germany and could stand for craftsmanship and engineering, plus in Germany it is known as "the people's car". All around the globe, today Volkswagen cars are sold. The beetle is one of many different kinds of Volkswagen cars sold, but when you think Volkswagen most think of the Beetle and therefore it is no surprise that the Beetle is another silver charm in the Trollbeads' Germany collection.
The Frog Prince
The Trollbeads' Germany collection is not complete without the Frog Prince. This charm lends itself to the fairytales of the likes of the Grimms' Brothers. Most little girls grow up on fairlytales. One fairytale that I call to mind when looking at this silver and glass charm is that of the princess who kisses the frog who then turns into the handsome prince, who she marrys and lives happily ever after with. I believe that this is the Fairytale that most little girls aspire to and then again who wouldn't want to marry a prince and live happily ever after. Just look at recent sales of the book series, "50 Shades of Gray," and one can see just how many woman fantasize about the prince and that so-called happy ending. This charm definitely embodies this and will surely not let one down.
