Vitamin E oil is best used at night. In place of your skin creme, it is a powerful anti-oxidant that moisturizes and conditions your skin. Applying the vitamin at night in place of your current creme and combining it with Vitamin C gives you protection from the sun fighting off free radicals to reduce wrinkles and keeps your skin young looking.

Vitamin E can lighten your skin and heals scars. Being an anti-inflammatory hydrating and calming sensitive skin, it reduces the appearance of damaged tissue.

Vitamin E oil and your cuticles.

Before applying nail enamel, remove all traces of oil with nail color remover or soap and water.

I usually apply every night even while my nails are colored.
