Bathing is very important to keep our bodies clean and hygienic

Bathing is very important to keep our bodies clean and hygienic. In terms of health, bathing helps to keep our bodies to stay healthy, reduce the risk of diseases that caused by any bacteria or viruses and help to avoid the effects of free radicals such as dust, cigarette smoke, radiation and much more. Also bathing makes our bodies become fresh and fit. If our bodies are fresh, it will help to relieve our laziness and gain spirit in carrying out all our activities every day. Moreover, bathing also refreshing our brains and helps us to think better, to relieve stress and help change our mood to become more cheerful.

Take a bath at least once a day. Bathing aims to flush our bodies from all dust, dirt, viruses and bacteria and dead skin cells that stick to the skin. Lots of risk of diseases that emerging especially on the skin that do not maintain the cleanliness and health of the skin such as skin cancer, fungus, scabies, rubella and many more. Healthy skin also emits the beauty from our bodies. Select and use a good soap and suitable to cleanse our bodies. Nowadays, there are so many varieties of soap products that sold on the market. The selection varies from made specifically for skin beauty with special fragrance to healthy skin soap with anti-bacterial and viral formula. Do not forget to use soap that matches with your skin type.

      Practicing good hygiene is essential. I live in Florida and it's always hot so I shower twice a day and if I workout then I shower there as well. Yeah, I'm a clean freak. Lol. A very good hub. thanks for sharing.

      Well , I'm kind of undecided on this one! Some people say NOT to take a bath every day because it rids the body of natural oils; therefore, drying out the skin, especially as we grow older.
