Women's Cowboy Boots for Under $50

Updated on February 18, 2014

My Favorites: Affordable Cowboy Boots for Women

Affordable Cowboy boots for women under $50 aren't a dream. This selection of my favorite cheap (yes, I said cheap in a good way) cowboy boots for women are all amazingly priced. But the best part is you won't sacrifice quality and style.

It's not just me, all self-described, self~respecting fashionistas share in one ideal: cowboy ~ or cowgirl ~ boots are a wardrobe must~have, no ifs, ands or buts about it. There's just too many cute outfits made complete by fun cowboy boots: roughed-up jeans and Western style boots, cute mini skirts paired with pink "cowgirls," peasant skirts topped off with funky stacked heel styles and my fave: Daisy Duke short~shorts with funky, low boots . . . need I say more?

Scroll down for a peek at some great deals I've found on women's cowboy boots for under $50 that you're gonna love with some helpful wardrobe advice to get you ready for that oh~so~important event.

Super Cheap Cowboy Boots Under $50 - Faux Leather

I was excited to find these cowboy boots so cheap. They have high ratings for style, comfort and durability, which is a good start.

I'd pair up the more Western style boots with a light peasant floral dress, blue jean short~shorts or mini skirt for a look that's complete and great for fun barbecue, party or dances.

The boots with smooth shafts have a more refined look but still have the cowboy style, making them a bit more versatile with skirts and dresses (I'm thinking casual Friday at the office).

There's nothing like a trusty pair of boots in your wardrobe that's made even better by the "cute factor."

With such a low price tag, I wanted 'em all ~good thing I'm thrifty.

Embossed Western Styles - by Wellington Sizes 6-10

Both colors of these comfortable cowboy boots by Rampage have top~ratings for their great look and comfy fit. This boot has the intricate stitching along the shaft, with defining Western detailing we love ~ even over the vamp. Dual pull tabs offer more classic styling and the arched top makes it easy to tuck your jeans inside for a tidy look. While I have a penchant to go for color and more color, these brown boots have more power in serving as functional wardrobe addition with their versatility.

Don't you just love red boots? I do! They're showy without being gaudy. Too, when you pair them with a skirt or top with a just a hint of red in its design, the red really illuminates and brightens your whole look. Wear red lipstick to ramp up the "attitude" for a striking impression and a balanced look. If you love boots as much as I do, these are really fun, stand out on their own and are a real value for unique boots. These boots have a deep, red hue rather than the brighter tone shown but I love the richer color, so I was glad to learn they're not so glaring.

These women's classic style Sanguine cowboy boots by Madden Girl come with high marks for comfort, western style and durability. The comfortable faux leather upper is appointed with the peacock swirl design we cowgirls can appreciate. I love the stacked heel look and easy, dual~sided pull tab uppers promise easy on and the padded lining is a must~have for a comfortable fit. You'll love the western-style stitching pattern and true cowboy, pointed toe.

Did you know "Gaucho" refers to nomadic Spanish cowboys who hunted wild cattle? Sounds serious!

I'm thinking there's a boot here for every one, though I'm partial to the turquoise boots. These cowboy boots by Coconuts have the western design we expect to find but I love the contrasting, peacock stitching. I suggest getting a half size smaller, as they tend to run a bit big if you're not wearing thick socks.

This style is lightweight, making for an ideal all~year~round boot. The smooth, contrasting upper boasts western stitching and it's present over the vamp as well for an impressive combination. Trendy tabs at the top allow for easy on, too. The traditional stacked heel affords a more comfortable wear.

I'd say thee boots by Matisse are a fun wardrobe addition and will compliment cute denim short shorts, peasant dresses with a nice ruffle hem or skirts of any length.

These Western~style boots have that sultry, slouchy style for your casuual days. They're great for dresses, as the heel adds a feminine edge to your style. With versatility on their side, you can add miles to your existing wardrobe while saving on their budget~friendly price. That's what I call a win~win! Made of soft suede~like material with a stacked~ look heel that''s not too high, so you can expect comfortable wear while looking every bit the part of cowgirl princess. Yes, I do believe in princesses. Why not?

Get Yer' Boots Ready to Rumble!

Yes, Jessica's a bit "over the top" in this vid but you'll wanna get out yer boots and join the party!

I've been a fan of cowboy boots since I'm eight years old. My mom bought me a pair of cheap faux leather (really, some kind of weird plastic) black boots on clearance. Having a Miami address, it's easy to see these boots as being on sale for mere pennies. Anything more than a sandal during the summer in south Florida is going to be a give~away. The shoe departments I was used to never had boots of any ilk, so these gems, despite the sweat coupled with dime~sized blisters, were worn proudly. I paraded down the street as though I'd grown a foot taller overnight. I was the tomboy I'd always aspired to be and now my boots betrayed my new designation.

Maybe it's this early life experience that's etched in my psyche coupled with a need to stand out from the ho~hum of the pack, that I'm so drawn to cowboy boots. Irregardless, if I had my drothers, I'd only own cowboy boots versus the serious (dare I say, "stuffy?"), lack luster footwear I've seen today. So, cowboy boots it is!

What drove you to love cowboy boots?
