control hair fall

1 cup henna

1 cup curd

1 egg

2 tbl spoon olive oil

Egg for protein, oil for conditioner, curd for dandruff and henna keeps your hair strong

o    At first, take henna curd egg and oil  in a bowl and mixed together very gently and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then take a brush keep your hair brushed, such as a boar brush atleast 3-4 times tilt your head forward and brush with your head upside down to bring the oils to the ends of your hair and stimulate the scalp continueously. Massage your hair while brushing it don’t rub it,it can cause hair fall. before brushing your hair, use your fingers to gently comb through your hair. And when you brush, start at the ends, and hold the brush softly with the other hand. After sometime take the mixture and apply gently on top of the scalp and then slowly to the hair but remember one thing always start with the scalp and then to the hair. When you are done with your mixture leave your hair for 45-60 minutes. When you wash your hair make sure that the water should be warm not cold. Massage your hair while washing it but don’t rub it, it can cause hair fall. use your fingers to gently comb through your hair. After that, apply shampoo but it would be better if you use herbal shampoo then conditioner. When using conditioner, try sifting your fingers through your hair with gentle touch. This reduces extensive combing after your shower and helps to distribute the conditioner evenly. When your are done with everything you can see the improvement of your hair. A healthy shining hair.
