Little Girls Dancewear
Dance, Dance, Dance
One of the cutest things you will ever witness is a little girls dance recital. Oohh, they are so cute.
I started my daughter when she was five years old. What she liked the best was her leotard and tap shoes. She would strut around the house showing off her new learned steps. What wonderful memories. That daughter is now married with daughters of her own. And yes, they take dance lessons.
The dancewear is an important part of dance lessons and this lens will offer some ideas for you and your daughter.
Dancewear
Leotard's and Tutu's
Dancewear should be adorable but it should also be comfortable. You know how little girls are, right? At least my daughter was very fussy about what she wore. It had to be comfortable and it couldn't be scratchy. So, if it isn't comfortable they won't wear it...period.
Once you have enrolled your child in a dance class she will be needing a leotard, tights, ballet shoes and tap shoes. Of course, she will also need a cute little bag to carry it all in. Come on mom, isn't this fun!
Having Fun
The benefits of dance are many including; poise, agility, rhythm, balance and working with others. But the most important thing is to have fun.
Leotards
A Leotard is the basic in dancewear and you can add from there. Find the perfect Leotard and then add the leg warmers, headbands and tutu's. So cute.

Tutu's and a Dance Bag
Okay, a tutu is not a necessity. But, once you see this on your little angel....well you won't be able to stop smiling. They are so cute and your little ballerina won't want to take it off. They come in many styles and colors so you might want to get more than one.
Also, you will want a dance bag. They are especially good to have for the tap and ballet shoes. You don't want to wear your tap or ballet shoes to the dance studio so a little dance bag will come in handy. You can also put your tutu in the bag when class is over.
And, don't forget your dance bag is perfect for sleepovers at grandma's house.
