hi, im 29 and i have blemishes, dark spots on of cheeks. what is good for me?
and i got these spots from the sun like 4-5 years ago. These dark spots were smaller before and now they are bigger in size and also darker
It is known that there is no medical treatment for blemishes and all the products available are empirically formulated. There are some old recipes that are said to improve the case, and although I did not observe their results by myself yet they don't do harm, these are :
- Boil Parsley ( about 10 g in a cup of water ) and use the extract to wash the face
- 1 Onion juice is mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar and applied to the skin using a cotton pad
- Crush some Nutmegs and mix them with Olive oil and smooth the face
Some of them (specially onion) may leave the whole skin a bit darker.
Wear your usual sun screen when going outside.
