Some people just burn, my daughter does, she has very fair skin and doesn't tan. If you spend a safe and healthy amount of time in the sun as a daily regimen and still do not tan you may in fact be a person who does not tan and I would then suggest you use self tanners. Beta Carotene is what your looking for, its a vitamin. My husbands mom sent it to us for this purpose. Thats suppose to do the trick. Hope it helps some, Lanea
