    i would like to know if any cosmetic procurers are free anywhere--as maybe first time surgeons-i...

    am 67 years and very active and i just want to look as i feel--thanks--judy

    As far as I know, no...cosmetic surgeons still have to go through residency where they're working under the supervision of full surgeons, and by time they get done with residency they owe a heck of a lot of money that they're eager to pay off. In addition, any surgery does not include the surgeon alone...it includes OR time, supplies, the person sterilizing the instruments, the first assistant and/or surgical tech, the nurse, anesthesia, and recovery. There is no surgery that only includes a single person who can decide that they're just going to give away their services for a procedure and have it be free.
