    i would say take your nose ring out.. let it heal over it will close up in matter of hours and will be completely healed with in a day.. then u would have to get it re pierced at a tattoo shop or piercing store, and you can show them where exactly u want it before it gets done.. when u do get your nose redone my suggestion is to defiantly to get a hook nose ring( not a clasp) it stays in better  to heal and easy to move around and clean.
