I don't know what a "celitic cover" is but if you really mean Celtic clover or shamrock, it is usually associated with St Patrick and his explanation of the Christian Trinity. It may have other meanings.
I can not find any information on a "celitic cover" but ..maybe a trinity knot .I have seen the knot on a program for the Feast of Saint Andrew.
