Is it safe to use a toner right after u bleach highlights in ur hair
I did a small portion of highlights using 20 developer I only left bleach on about 15 to 20 mins cause I get real nervous with bleach, I destroyed my hair a long time ago with bleach but I used 40 developer. The 20 developer made it like a reddish color and not as blond as I wanted but that could b cause I didn't leave it on long enough, also is it safe to use a toner since it has to b mixed with developer right after bleach it seems like that could b dangerous using developer with bleach and again with toner, could that fry hair if I use 20 developer & leave on longer will it b blonder
