Paradigm, by responding to what was obviously a promotional link (spam) you have made sure that it can't be deleted. Since it's already happened, I shall use this as public service announcement
Don't respond to spam. Report it so it can be taken down and continue on. Too many trash links/subjects in the forum will make the entire site look bad..er..worse.
Obviously clicking on the link THAT NEEDS SNIPPED BY THE WAY is a very very bad idea. As is clicking on any link posted by a spammer.Unknown links from new users make me nervous. I was more concerned that it might have been a virus, thus my warning.
As to deletion, HP can do that whenever they want.
As to my copy of his link, look more closely.
All is well. HP will get around to moderating it sooner or later.
