Hint of Blue Eyelashes

Updated on March 11, 2018

Blue Mascara Story

I don't wear much for makeup except for mascara. With having blonde eyelashes it's nice to show that I have them instead of not have them. I need a little something to bring my eyes out.

I was introduced to mascara during my high school days. I grew up in a home where makeup was not allowed! So when I was out with my friends I'd learn more about makeup, what to wear or not to wear and what I might like. It was always fun when my friends would help with my makeup. I soon found out that black mascara was not my color; maybe for some but not for me. I think black is too harsh on my eyes plus my skin is fair. Brown is wearable for and looks okay but my first love is blue mascara. I fell completely in love with it as soon I tried it. Can you believe that's all I've worn since my high school days. I know it probably sounds 80ish but it's my style.

Maybelline Brand

  • Royal blue color
  • Classic brush style
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Washable
  • No clumping
  • No globbing
  • Price is right!

I have very dry eyes so having a brand that is hypoallergenic is important to me. I've never had any problems with the Maybelline brand. I wear my mascara light, not heavy, so I have no problems with it clumping.

When I'm out and about a lot of my friends will ask me if I'm okay when I'm not wearing any mascara. I'll say why? Then they say I look tired. SobI crack a witty joke. I'll be like well I don't have on any blue to make me look smashing today. That must by why, I'm blonde today but the hint of blue does perks my eyes right up!

How I Wear Blue Mascra

I like my blue color to be brushed on light but not too light. You want to see the blue. That's what is fun of wearing blue for me!

Fun Mascara Colors

Here are some fun colors that will kick start your eyes. It's always fun to wear different colors for going out with the girls, to a football game or racing!

I've actually worn teal color before but not for a long time. It wasn't this brand but it was a fun color for a change up.

I'd never wear green mascara EXCEPT I'd get it for the Green Bay Packer Game Day to wear. You gotta be Packer green style! Go Pack Go!

What!? Pink! I love pink but not sure about it being on my eyelashes. Sounds fun though if you going out to a party. I'm game to try it, are you?
