Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara
Two coats of this mascara leave my lashes looking longer and thicker. It adds a ton of volume and separates my lashes. It doesn't clump, smudge or flake. It is buildable so you can choose to go for a more natural look or you could choose to go more dramatic with a few layers. It comes in black, very black and black-brown.
Revlon Colorstay Foundation
When I feel like I need a little bit more coverage this is my go-to product. I have fairly oily skin, so I use the combo/oily skin foundation. I have never tried the normal/dry skin foundation, but I have heard it is just as good. It is a full coverage liquid foundation. It does not break me out and covers any acne that I do have. This product comes in a wide variety of shades to match any skin tone. To apply this product, I use my fingers because it allows me to blend it into my skin better than a brush.. I have found if I use a foundation brush to apply it can be too thick and look cakey.
Physician Formula Baked Eyeshadow
This is my favorite drugstore eye shadow. It can be applied either dry or wet. I like to dampen the applicator and apply it like that. Applying it dry will leave a subtle, natural look, while applying it wet will give it a more pigmented look. When I apply it wet, it lasts all day without creasing. Whenever I wear it dry I use an eyeshadow primer to make it lasts all day. The only thing I do not like about this product is the compact cased that breaks very easily.
Revlon Photo Ready Pressed Powder
I use this product to set my foundation. It leaves my face with a matte look when I first apply it. I will take a powder brush and will dust a small amount over my entire face. This helps my foundation last longer because I have very oily skin. I keep it in my purse and will usually re-apply once midday to reduce the shininess. A downfall of this product is that it looks very powdery if too much is applied. I also do not know if I would recommend for someone with dry skin because it may make it worse.
Neutrogena Nourishing Eyeliner
I apply this eyeliner in brown on my bottom lash line. I will normally take a small eyeshadow brush with a small amount of brown eyeshadow on it and I smudge it out. The eyeshadow helps to set the eyeliner to make it last longer. It works great for a smokey look. It also comes with a little smudger on the other end if you prefer to use that. It applies very smoothly and the colors are very bold. The only downfall is that I normally have to reapply it once throughout the day because it fades. It comes in black, brown, navy and a plum color.
Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain
This is a great alternative to high end lip stains. The color is long lasting and I usually only apply it a couple of times a day. I do find that it tends to dry out my lips, but I normally apply a chapstick over it and I am good. One layer of this product leaves my lips with a nice, natural color, but it is buildable if you would like a darker application.
Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo
I use this product as either a base to apply eyeshadow on top of, or I often use it alone if I am in a hurry. This is a cream eyeshadow that lasts all day long without fading. If I apply it underneath other eyeshadow it will make that lasts all day as well. The colors seem intense in the container, but they are buildable. You can choose to apply a subtle amount or you can apply more for an intense look. It comes in a variety of colors: Bad to the Bronze, Pomegranate Pink, Tough as Taupe, Painted Purple, Too Cool (white), Fierce and Tangy (orange), Audacious Asphalt, Tenacious Teal, Bold Gold and Edgy Emerald.
