Apple iPad Pro 9.7: The Features and Review

The new Apple iPad pro will leave you spell bound at the very first glance. It delivers a fast processor, louder speakers, smart keyboard accessories and support for Apple pencil. The camera and screen are better than iPad Pro 12.9 and the keyboard is comfy while display is wonderfully vibrant and crisp. You can read, watch movies and play video games, the device is extremely convenient.

Design: It is a close match to iPad Air 2. The dimensions and weight of two are identical. Now you get 4 speakers 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom and the ones at the bottom are spaced apart. The result of these is fuller, richer and better sound quality.

Camera: Rear facing camera is another noticeable physical updates in iPad Pro 9.7, which can scratch on the desk if it is laid down on its back. The plus point is the camera has a flash and comes with 12 megapixels. The front faced camera comes with 5 MP along with the Retina flash.

Screen: The 9.7 inch touch screen Retina class display comes with True Tone feature, which adjusts the color output as per the surrounding lights.

Speed: A9X processor chip makes Pro 9.7 significantly faster from other devices such as the Air 2. It works as fast as iPad Pro 12.9 despite of having just half the RAM. The difference between Pro 9.7 and Air 2 for sure comes to notice when more processor applications and games will be released with respect to the newest generation of hardware.

Accessories: The iPad Pro 9.7 has launched a new keyboard case, it is good but the typing accuracy lowers down. It gets your job done, but then you need solid auto correct, make frequent manual corrections or practice to type the right thing.

Battery: iPad pro lasts for an average of 11 hours despite having lesser battery capacity than the Air2 which manages to stay for just 7 Hours 30 minutes.

Pros:

  • Slim and exceedingly beautiful
  • Super fast processor
  • Rear flash
  • Improve Camera
  • Option of using smart keyboard and Apple pencil

Cons

  • Small keyboard, isn’t easy to type with accuracy
  • Price
