Buy Iphone Cases online

Updated on January 9, 2010

Apple Iphone

The apple iPhone is one of the biggest technological breakthrough of the last ten years,in fact it was voted the best gadget on the gadget show. The iPhone was first released in January 2007 and was a revelation despite the fact that it was not 3g compatible and had no blue tooth and was not able to accept or send picture messages,in short it didn't seem to be the phone apple had promised but still people lapped it up.Then in July 2008 the super fast 3g iPhone was released with a host of updated features and super fast Internet, this also was snapped up and will soon be released on Vodafone, the biggest network provider in the UK.At a fairly hefty price for pay as you go and a very valuable phone no matter how you get it,I'm sure like me you would like to keep it looking brand new for as long as possible, don't buy the cases from the network provider's shops as they often carry a fairly hefty price tag,if you look you can find pretty much any case online and also for a good price.Below i will list a lot of the various cases available.

Apple iphone

Silicone Cases

Silicone cases are the perfect cheap way to protect your iPhone from scratches, bumps, finger marks, grease etc, they are available in a variety of colours and include cut outs for all the important functions such as buttons etc,It fits all iPhone including 3g.

Leather Cases

Leather cases are of course the better looking and more expensive option, but with such an expensive phone is it worth taking the risk,i prefer these and i think will probably suit the older iPhone users,it is in effect a more grown up case for a more grown up user, there are a couple of different versions, one is like a blackberry case where you just slide it in and the other is a leather case with a magnetic flap that comes up and over your phone.Whichever you decide on is just a matter of personal preference

Armband Cases

Wherever you are if you are going to be using your hands to play sport or workout in the gym and have no access to pockets or simply don't want to put your phone in your pocket then the armband case is perfect, one size fits all due to the Velcro strap and allows you free movement while jogging or working out.

Hard cases

Hard cases don't really protect your phone from being dropped etc but they can make your iPhone stand out from the crowd by being individual, available in a wide variety of colours they are hardened plastic skins to change the appearance of the quite dull back of your phone.
