Facebook and Virtual/Online Shopping

Virtual shopping has grown a lot over the past few years. Once literally unheard of, now online or e-commerce is actually the norm and in the majority not minority anymore. It is also taking over for many instances of shopping in physical brick and mortar stores.

Facebook has also become a staple in homes and now you can shop on certain business' Facebook pages. For this reason, I am writing this article with the assumption, that the reader is already an active Facebook member.

Trollbead Dealers and Facebook

I have written a few hubs on collecting Pandora and Trollbeads. In this Hub, I will specifically describe and explain how to purchase Trollbead Unique Glass on Dealer Facebook pages.

There are a few Facebook Dealer sites that I have dealt with in shopping for Trollbead Uniques. Here are a few that I have dealt with, they are as follows: Goldmine Trollbead Boutique; Trollbeads NYC (MJ Trim); Trollbeads Gallery; Trollbeads Studio; Elizabeth's Attic.

Purchasing from Trollbeads' Dealers On Facebook

First off, you must like these Dealer Pages on Facebook. Once you have liked them, then you can begin to get alerts when they post or look through past posts.

Dealers will usually post pictures of some of their current stock of uniques. Once they post, you can comment your interest on certain unique beads. The dealer will then answer your valid questions. If you asked for a better picture a bead, they may post it on their site or even ask to e-mail it directly to you.

Once you have all your questions answered, you will then be given the opportunity to purchase the bead/s you inquired about. To purchase, you will most likely need a valid Paypal account, because you will be given instructions on how to Paypal the money directly to the dealer.

Goldmine Trollbeads Boutique, for instance, has you go directly to their website and purchase a giftcard for the amount of purchase. When you are checking out, you will then be able to pay by Paypal and in the others section, will be able to give a description of the bead/s you are buying.

Elizabeth's Attic, on the other hand, will send you an invoice that will direct the buyer to Paypal where you can check out and buy the bead/s directly.

Some people like other dealers such as Trollbeads Gallery and Trollbeads Studios because these sites will allow you to pay and check out with Paypal on their direct Website. Trollbeads NYC is the only one out of these dealers I have dealt with that take actual credit cards (not Paypal) and has you e-mail or call them this required information directly to them.

Summing it up..

No matter, what their procedure is to buy, most of these dealers are very nice and will walk you through it the first time. Once your purchase is complete, you will get an e-mail confirmation and be alerted when the bead/s ship.

I hope this article helped and gave you some insight into purchasing Trollbead Uniques online. And as I repeatedly have said, Happy Trolling!!!

Don't forget about the dealer who started the Facebook Unique selling trend: Their "Bead Dash" and "Mad Dash" parties were the first and the best! They just recently brought them back after polling their audience for opinions. Check it out!

Glimmer Twin Fan, I have to tell you these charm bracelets are now popping up everywhere and we have anew local stationary stores by my house that now carry some that are neither Trollbeads or Pandora. Even though I love Trollbeads and Pandora too, I love looking because you never know what new or interesting beads and charms you may find. Glad that you take a longer look and thanks for saying that it was because of my articles on beads and charms, that made my day to know that I have spread a bit of my bead obsession onto others including yourself. Thank you again for taking the time to read and comment here too :)

Janine - I thought of you on our vacation a couple of weeks ago. I had never known about beads until reading your different troll bead hubs and then at gift shops and arts and crafts stores along the beach and in the mountains I saw beads. Lighthouses, starfish...anything you could think of. They were beautiful. Not sure what brand they were, but because of your hubs I took a longer look. Thanks. The beads in this hub are so pretty and the colors are gorgeous. Interesting hub.
