Geothermal systems transfer this energy into your house, providing very cool air in the Summer and enough 'warm' in the Winter to raise your house to about 50 degrees. A heat pump or other device is necessary to warm your house to a comfortable temperature, but imagine the savings if the outside temperature is zero degrees.
