HAARP may have caused the Japan quake

On March 11, 2011, Japan experienced a 9.0 earthquake with an ensuing tsunami which devastated the coast of the north of Japan. Japan’s stringent building codes were credited with saving many lives but nothing could prepare them for the power of the tsunami. What withstood the earthquake was destroyed by the tsunami. The stricken nuclear power plants comprising of 6 did survive the earthquake. It was only designed to survive a 7.0 on the Richter scale so it is a remarkable feat for ageing plants. The back up generator kicked to life the cooling systems needed to keep the nuclear rods cool to prevent a melt-down. When the tsunami came it destroyed the cooling system. On Saturday, one of the plants exploded due to a hydrogen blast. It also suffered a partial melt-down. Subsequently, two others have exploded while the fourth plant had caught fire twice. The latter is of most concern because it contains spent fuel rods, 600 000 of them, that are not used anymore which are situated on the top of the active nuclear rod containments right under the roof. I do not know what the engineers and designers were thinking. Wikileaks has revealed that the Japanese government was warned that the plants were outdated and would not withstand a devastating quake.

What we have here is something categorised as a level 6. That is one level below Chernobyl and a level above Three Mile Island, whereby a partial nuclear meltdown happened in Pennsylvania. Even though the government has called for calm and has reassured the public that the radiation levels are not at a level high enough to cause harm, people are sceptical. The government has been known to cover up previous nuclear accidents. Even the media’s attempt to downplay the severity of the situation is not allaying the fears of the public. Many are now evacuating Tokyo.

Whenever something happens on the 11^th of any month, I automatically assume it is no coincidence. In the occult, the number 11 is very significant:

William Wynn Wescott, one of the original organizers of the Golden Dawn, explains the number eleven in his book, “Numbers: Their Occult Powers and Mystic Virtue”

“Upon the Number Eleven. This seems to have been the type of number with an evil reputation among all peoples. The Kabbalists contrasted it with the perfection of the Decad, (10) and just as the Sephirotic number is the form of all good things, so eleven is the essence of all that is sinful, harmful and imperfect; with the Ten Sephiroth they contrasted the Eleven Averse Sephiroth, symbols of destruction, violence, defeat, and death.”

People are putting down this quake as a result of the Pacific Ring of Fire becoming more active or due to solar flares, which is an intense burst of radiation from the release of magnetic energy. The outer solar atmosphere, called the coronal, is comprised of strong magnetic fields. During the times they are closed, the confined solar atmosphere can spurt out bubbles of gas and magnetic fields called coronal mass ejections. It can contain a billion tons of matter and can impact any space object, like the earth.

Of course, these two explanations are very possible. There was a solar flare at the time of the Japan quake. However, I tend to not believe in these scenarios. I believe the earthquake was man-made in the form of HAARP technology.

HAARP

HAARP is the acronym for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program and is defined by Wikipedia as being an ionospheric research program funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It if officially aimed to analyse the ionosphere for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and for surveillance purposes like detecting missiles. The HAARP Research Station is situated on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska, USA.

HAARP is derived from physicist Bernard J Eastlunds’s 1987 US Patent titled "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere". This patent is partially based on the works of NikolaTesla who first suggested that RF (Radio Frequencies) could transmit about one watt per cubic centimetre to any point on the planet without the use of wires. Power can be generated from the ground into the upper levels of the atmosphere with the point of ionising it. Eastlund explained that by manipulating the ionosphere, communication can be disrupted, missiles shielded and even the weather can be modified by altering the upper atmosphere wind patterns done by focusing high frequency radio transmissions on the ionosphere, lifting it and heating it in localized areas that alters wind patterns and thus weather conditions.

Atlantic Richfield Company, holders of a massive reserve of natural gas under Alaska’s North Slope and who Eastlund had been working with, bought these patents with the hopes this technology could convert their natural gas reserves into electrical energy on the North Slope and then bounced off the heated ionosphere to various customers around the globe in remote places. The aim was to save on costs on actually piping these reserves.

However, the military bought Eastlund’s patents from ARCO and was given to Raytheon, a military contractor.

It has been said that the HAARP facility near Gokana, Alaska, is a decoy and not the real HAARP facility. Writer Dan Eden claimed he was shown a secret HAARP facility near Fairbanks, Alaska, by two men discharged from the NAVY. There he saw an enormous area, a least a mile square that was covered with rows and rows of metal poles and thousands of antennae and small silver rectangular sheds where the black cables came from. Eden was told that this was a type of antenna where the single being transmitted could be focused to a very narrow beam, like a laser, and could emit a signal that was billions of watts in power.

"HAARP in Gakona, about 300 miles south of here, that's a fake decoy for the public. Everyone knows about that," Dave, one of the navy men, told Eden in 1998. "They even have a web site with one of those instant cam things and a few dozen antennae. That's just a thing for show so they can say that it's all harmless and open."

When Dave worked at the secret HAARP, he worked with the primary transmitter or generator. Jonas, the other navy man, worked on the feeder lines on the antenna farm. Both men were present when they "bumped the power up to the max and let it blow," from thousands of watts to billions.

"They never used that much power before so they just did it to see what would happen," Jonas said. "And when they did it kind of multiplied the power and then a huge chunk of Earth's atmosphere blew away, out into space.”

When Eden asked if anyone was hurt from these experiments, he was told, "Shit, yes. Here in Alaska there were Eskimos that were all fried and like whole herds of antelopes. But the holes also moved west and did their real harm in Siberia. But it isn't just the people it killed. It made these people and animals sick from the radiation that came from the Sun - the stuff that's usually blocked by the atmosphere - and so there have been still births and cancers and mutations. They are trying to keep it all real hushed. It's insane. And the worst part is that they are going to use it again!"

HAARP USED AS WARFARE

When the UN forces, mostly comprised of American armed forces and equipment, had been fighting in Serbia in 1999, bizarre phenomena occurred. Prior to the air attack it was reported that huge black clouds materialised out of nowhere and stayed there until the end of the campaign, which lasted several weeks and instead of rain falling on Belgrade, there were hailstones the size of eggs.

Witnesses reported a strange “lighting” in the sky that lasted for hours accompanied with strange “thunder”. It was hundreds of times stronger sounding like bomb explosions.

Later it transpired that the electromagnetic field over Serbia had been punctured, the hole being almost the size of Serbia itself, according to Serbian scientists. It started at the border, between Kosovo and Albania in the south and ended near the Yugoslav and Hungarian border in the north. Scientists predicted that 10 000 Serbians would die from cancer from the DU weaponry used there.

Inducing floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes is the plan of the Pentagon. The US used a chemical agent called “Olive Oil” during Operation Popeye to induce heavy rains in Vietnam 40 years ago. The Air Force document "Weather As a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025" outlined plans for climate change. This document also stated that this agenda will "become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications."

MIND CONTROL

Back in the 1960s, the US government discovered that the Soviets had bombarded their embassy in Moscow with low level electromagnetic radiation called, “The Moscow Signal”. When security personnel were sweeping the embassy for bugs in 1962, it detected a microwave beam aimed straight at the embassy. The Pentagon believed that this had neurological and behavioural effects on diplomatic staff. Despite this knowledge, the Pentagon did not inform the staff of this for 12 years. The CIA launched PROJECT PANDORA with the aim of figuring out why the Soviets conducted such extensive microwave researches. By the summer of 1965, the Pentagon-affiliated think tank, Institute for Defense Analysis, convened a special task force to re-enact the Soviet experiments and analyse the problem. The DARPA experimented on monkeys with microwaves at the Walter Reed Army Institute. The results are classified but it can be deduced that microwaves cause damage to the central nervous system and would have changed the behaviour of these monkeys. Sailors, too, were exposed to microwave radiation without their knowledge as part of these experiments. No consensus was reached in interpreting the results. Eventually, the “Moscow Signal” was denounced as nothing more than eavesdropping and the project ended in 1970.

Air Force documents revealed that a system had been developed for manipulating the human mental processes through pulsed radio-frequency radiation over large geographical areas.

Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote about this subject while he was a professor at ColumbiaUniversity:

"Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behaviour. Geophysicist Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a specialist in problems of warfare, says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth ... in this way one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period"

" ... no matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behaviour for national advantages, to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades."

Another government document revealed that the US Air Force claims: “The potential applications of artificial electromagnetic fields are wide-ranging and can be used in many military or quasi-military situations... Some of these potential uses include dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare. In all of these cases the EM (electromagnetic) systems would be used to produce mild to severe physiological disruption or perceptual distortion or disorientation. In addition, the ability of individuals to function could be degraded to such a point that they would be combat-ineffective. Another advantage of electromagnetic systems is that they can provide coverage over large areas with a single system. They are silent and countermeasures to them may be difficult to develop... One last area where electromagnetic radiation may prove of some value is in enhancing abilities of individuals for anomalous phenomena."

On April 28^th, 1997, Senator Sam Nunn of George organised a counter terrorism conference in Atlanta. It was during the Q and A session after US Defense Secretary William Cohen’s presentation that he mentioned that some people/organisations or countries had created weaponry similar to HAARP. He said, “Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

In the mid 1990s, the State Duma of Russia issued a press release written by international affairs and defense communities on HAARP and was signed by 90 deputies. It was stated:

“The U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves …

WHY WOULD HAARP BE USED TO DESTROY JAPAN?

Benjamin Fulford was a Far East correspondent for Forbes magazine. He alleges that Japan’s finance minister, “Hazel” Takana, told him in 2007 “that a group of American and European oligarchs” threatened to cause manufactured earthquakes in Japan if he did not cede control of the Japanese banking system. In 2007 in Niigata, an earthquake struck and it is a place where numerous nuclear power stations are situated. Takana eventually ceded control to the US and European financial leaders.

JAPAN GETTING TOO COSY WITH UNITED STATE'S ENEMY CHINA

JiJi Press reported that in the beginning of February, Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan announced during the first sesssion of the "China-issue" advisory committee that Japan was ready to reconstruct relations with China in regard to cultural, economic and political areas.

"On this special occasion," Kan said, "Japan is ready to rebuild relations with China in various areas such as culture, economic and politics."

This is not good news for the United States. We know now the above plan is now null and void because of the recent Japan earthquake.

Japan has the third largest economy. Can you just imagine how the world economy is going to be affected? Japan didn't want to be oil dependent because it was vulnerable during times of unrest in the Middle East. It got its oil from an oil pipe coming from the Persian Gulf. The economy of Japan relies so heavily on oil and now that the oil prices are sky high, because of what is happening in the Middle East, its economy truly is stuffed.

To reduce dependency on oil from other countries, Japan introduced two alternative fuel sources: Coal and nuclear energy. Nuclear power is essential to Japan's industrial and national security strategy. So it's quite interesting that the quake hit near those plants.

WAS HAARP TECHNOLOGY USED TO CREATE THE EARTHQUAKE IN JAPAN?

When an electromagnetic occurrence happens in the ionosphere, that is where the upper atmosphere is zapped with an electromagnetic beam to ionise or deionise the atmosphere over a certain area, aurora borealis, or the northern lights occur whereby the skies are lighted with a variety of colours. Since this is the action of HAARP, anything induced by them would be marked by aurora lights. So were aurora lights seen in Japan before the earthquake?

The answer is no to my knowledge. However, at the same time the earthquake struck, a green glow on the horizon was seen just after 11:15 pm in Minnesota on 10^th of March.

The HAARP induction magnetometer is a device that measures the geomagnetic activity produced by HAARP. It is further defined as: “The induction magnetometer detects temporal variation of the geomagnetic field based on Faraday's law of magnetic induction. This instrument, which was provided by the University of Tokyo, is composed of three individual sensors. Each sensor is comprised of a large number of turns of fine copper wire wound around a rod with high magnetic permeability. The sensitivity of each sensor is determined by the effective area of the detection coil, that is, the cross sectional area of each winding, and the number of turns, and by magnetic flux density threading the coil. The magnetic flux density is enhanced by a factor of approximately 1,000 by the high-permeability metal core.”

There was a lot of activity by HAARP on the day the earthquake struck Japan. In fact, it had been activated on March 9^th.

OTHER EXAMPLES:

Thirty minutes prior to the 2008 earthquake in China, aurora lights were seen as the video below indicates. The HAARP induction Magnetometer shows that it was active at the time of the quake on 12 May.

HAARP was also active on the 11th and 12^th January 2010 when the Haiti earthquake struck which aroused suspicion. Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez accused the United States of causing the earthquake in Haiti using a machine that sets off earthquakes.

CONCLUSION:

I believe there is enough circumstantial evidence to strongly suspect HAARP of being responsible for the Japan quake.
