What Is The Matrix?

The question above is actually a quote from Neo, the main protagonist of The Matrix a mind bending sci-fi movie from 1999. Most people my age have seen it, but there's s a new generation that may not have, and that's a shame since I believe it is the one film everyone in the world should see. If you have not seen it you are in for a treat, but if you have you'll want to stick around to see how this affects you as well.

The Matrix spawned 2 sequels and changed the way many people view the world today. Unfortunately there are those who are still unable or unwilling to see what is really going on around them. Fortunately there's a new weapon being used to even the playing field.

To begin lets answer the question; What is The Matrix?

"The Matrix is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth."

The quote above and all remaining throughout our journey here is form Morpheus, Neo's mentor, spiritual leader and guide. This is where I would ask you to stop thinking about the fact that I am referencing a movie and start really paying attention to the aforementioned quotes and the connections.

So what world has been pulled over your eyes? I could use many, many, many different examples to show you, but I think the 2016 Presidential Election is the perfect "red pill".

It doesn't matter if you voted for Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump or neither. The FACT remains that Twitter was used to expose corruption in our political system and the media that covers it. As I type this we are in the midst of finding out who our President Elect Donald Trump really is and what he might do as Commander and Chief. Recent reports have accused him of flip flopping on campaign promises and being just as crooked as Hillary. But, can we trust what these news sources are telling us?

Let's take a look at what happened this election season. The New York Times, CNN, ABC, CBS, The Daily News, The L.A. Times, Twitter, Facebook, Google etc., constantly saturated the general public with anti-Trump opinionated talking points while simultaneously suppressing or to be more blatant, hiding factual information about Hillary Clinton's terrifying criminal activity. If you were dependent on the main stream media for 'news' then you would most likely believe that Hillary was a saint being bullied by a man who was and still is being compared to Hitler. Eventually some brave folks decided that enough was enough.

The Liberals Are Coming!

For the past 20 years or so a man named Alex Jones has been exposing government cover-ups with the help of radio and internet. His website InfoWars.com supplies daily information on what he believes is what is really going on behind the scenes. Pegged as a 'conspiracy theorist' by the fearful mainstream media Alex is somewhat of a character.

At times his reports can come off a bit over opinionated and dramatic, but the guy backs up his opinions with facts. When I first started listening to him it was some time after 9/11. I had recently saw Loose Change a film about the 9/11 terrorist attacks that blew my mind. You see I am a man who lives in reality and deals in logic. I don't care how outlandish it may seem, if you can give me more than a handful of facts and a logical hypothesis I'm listening. Love this guy, hate him, or care less about him, he backs up his talk with facts.

Anytime I ever questioned anything I saw or heard from this guy I was surprised to see that he not only suggested you research the facts on your own, he'd supply the links to official documents and what most view as credible news sources. But, Alex isn't the only one. Matt Drudge is a big name in the game as well, but these two were just a tip of the iceberg. Once the mud started flying in the election a civil war begin on the internet.

We all know that Donald Trump has a certain amount of fans from day 1. Yes you had the white supremacist and racists who believe "Make America Great Again" means they will take over the country, but you also had people who agreed that our borders shouldn't be wide open, jobs should come back to the U.S., our military should be stronger, and infrastructure should be fixed in addition to other populist ideas. But I think the tide started to change when people realized just how hard the main stream media started saturating the airwaves with pro-Hillary talking points. It started to seem like they were trying to tell you who to vote for.

We were told that supporters at Trump rallies were beating people up, yet had little proof of that. Meanwhile Hillary supporters were seen yelling and screaming at Trump supporters. Sometimes it would turn violent. In addition anyone who tried to defend Trump in anyway was vilified and treated as an imbecile. CNN and other news sources would fill there panels with absurdly uneven debates where Hillary Clinton supporters often outnumbered supporters of Trump 6 to 1. Is that fair? Unbiased? The way the 'news' should be? No, and I think this was the tip of the iceberg.

Before you know it, Trump who had been critical of the media from the start, up-scaled his defense. As early as the primaries he took to Twitter often posting tweets where he discredited what was being said about him and showed you pictures of the huge or 'YUGE' crowds that the biased news sources were not showing. That's when your average man or women who attended these rallies started posting side by side comparisons of CNN's coverage where the crowd appears small and real footage where the crowd was actually massive. This is what helped him win the primaries and reach the republican nomination.

Then the big boys started getting more attention. Matt Drudge, Alex Jones, and the likes started opening the eyes and ears of people who would have never given them the time of day.

In walks Julian Assange...

"Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself."

WikiLeaks

At the timing of this momentum shift WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange had already been leaking official emails linking Clinton and the Democratic Party to things that would have had any other candidate in prison for years. But something had just changed. Mainstream media was seen by many as a biased Clinton campaign operative, so your go to news networks were not to be trusted. In addition social media had been proven infiltrated as well after Facebook got caught filtering news with a Liberal twist. In the midst of this approaching face off one site still had more than enough users and opportunity to help soldiers on the other side of the red line put together a defense. The name of that site is Twitter.

It was known that Trump and his supporters had been doing a pretty good job of combating the massive onslaught of establishment desperation that had gone beyond parties and candidates by using Twitter. No matter what negative story they pushed and no matter how much they said he was down in the polls it seemed like his support kept growing. I think this opened up the flood gates and those who were scared to voice their opinion soon realized they were not alone.

Next thing you know a large enough amount of people needed to win the election started looking to Twitter for their news. Relying less upon the lying media and more upon people like Alex Jones, Matt Drudge, WikiLeaks, and to a lessor extent but still effective, your local blogger. They would all post links to emails or other documents that would expose corruption on the part of Clinton and the establishment. If you want a list here's a nice one courtesy of The Washington Times here Top 10 Clinton scandals exposed by WikiLeaks.

We had James O'Keefe and Project Veritas confirming what they wanted you to believe were 'conspiracy theories'. There's those words again 'conspiracy theories'. The words they use to try and get you to believe what you're hearing is nonsense. Who am I referring to when I say 'them' or 'they'? Whomever benefits from keeping the majority of the population asleep while they work to control you for their own personal gains.

Too bad for 'THEM' these kinds of tricks weren't working anymore. People were waking up. But some people remained in the fantasy world all the way up to election day and even Twitter started helping 'them' filter by distorting it's top trending hashtags. At one point is was confirmed that Hillary Clinton asked if we could simply 'drone' strike Assange (that means bomb him) who is in asylum outside the United States in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. In other words this is a real war and 'they' want him dead.

"The Matrix is a system. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it."

What is REAL?

At the time of this article Donald Trump is the president elect. I don't know what the future holds, but I do know that the world as we know has been changed forever. For the first time in history the person voted in to lead the biggest super power in the world has never held a day in public office and he owes the largest part of this success to The Internet and Twitter.

Without these The Internet and Twitter voters would have had to rely on the filtered, biased media which global elitist attempted to use to control our constitutional and God given right to think for ourselves. Without these two outlets we would have never known that Hillary received debate questions in advance or that there are facts confirming she lied about emails. We wouldn't know that the DNC colluded against Bernie Sander or that they sent paid provocateurs to trump rallies to incite riots. Now the new talking point is 'real news' vs. 'fake news'. The same media sources that fed you false information and filtered content in an attempt to help the democrats win the presidential election want you to turn your nose at any information you receive on the internet that doesn't come from...here's that word again...THEM. No thanks.

Step Into The Real World

The phrases 'waking up' and 'unplugged' have taking on new meaning in our society. They are now used to inform those who are still stuck in 'The Matrix' or still in the fantasy world, that they are not under the influence of anyone or thing and choose to question rhetoric and vet any and all information they receive. We have chosen to take the 'red pill' instead of just believing that the government works solely in our interest and human beings who possess massive amounts of power are incorruptible. We believe the opposite unless otherwise proven. I know it sucks to have this mentality, but it's also a logical defense system that is necessary based on past transgressions by those who have built a legacy of fear through disinformation on the backs of it's fellow men and women. Now I must warn you, once you have waken up you will not be able to go back.

You should really think about your next move. Maybe you want to be oblivious to what's really going on. I've talked to some people who believe that ignorance is bliss. They don't want that clock will strike at midnight and the carriage to turn back into a pumpkin. They would rather live life like there are no worried screaming YOLO (You Only Live Once) all the way. But if you do care. If you want to be prepared or if you are one of those people who don't like being played for a fool, you need to pay close attention right now.

Your life and your whole way of thinking will be changed. You will find out somethings that are going on right underneath your nose that leave you fearful and forced to question if there's even a use fighting back. Let me tell you this, after what I saw this election season I am convinced there is still a reason to fight back. I don't give a damn if you hate Donald Trump, there were many people who voted for him as a protest vote. That means that there are enough people out there who don't trust the lying politicians, are awake and willing to fight for their humanity.

"This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill -- the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill -- you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes."-Morpheus to Neo - The Matrix (1999)
