How the Right Wing Violates First Amendment Rights

Right Wing FORCE is NOT With Us

First Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

These words are not written in code nor in a foreign language. Yet, those who practice a narrow right wing ideology constantly insist the rest of the intelligent world has NO idea of what that First Amendment means and they must be the ones to interpret for us.

The First Amendment is a direct reference to the prohibition of the right to speak one's mind as it existed in England under a monarch. In 1776, at the time of the writing of this Amendment, the monarch of England was King George III.

Before the British lost the American Revolutionary War, it is a matter of history that King George III's reign was marked by a series of military conflicts involving his kingdoms, much of the rest of Europe, and places farther afield in Africa, the Americas, and Asia to name a few.

In the latter part of his life, it became evident he was mentally ill as a result of what we believe today is known as a bi polar disorder or a blood disease.

As American colonists grew exceedingly more covetous of independence from a monarchy that was socially and financially oppressive, the rule of King George III grew ever tighter a noose around colonists necks.

King George II was also aware that the new colonies could provide many natural resources without cost so long as they remained under the control of the monarchy.

As the population in the American colonies grew, the desire to be independent also grew. The word independence is defined by Merriam Webster as the state of being independent, home rule and self rule.

Independence and Liberty: Anathema to the Right

When you consider the definition of the word liberty: "the state of being free within society from oppressive restrictions imposed by authority on one's way of life, behavior, or political views, you see where the right wing ideology bases its self created power.

Right wing ideologues do not want truth and facts they do not control. They contradict, distort and generally behave in a manner they believe is a form of mind control of those who will not become their submissive ideological mules.

To any right winger, anyone and everyone is a hated "liberal." How do they then justify our right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as stated in the Declaration of Independence:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

Is It Ideology or Lust for Power?

What the right wing has such grave difficulty mentally processing is that NOT ALL who disagree with them espouse ANY ideology whatever. Disagree with a right winger and you are labeled a hated "liberal" as if you had just committed serial murders.

Their's is not an ideology at all. So let's dissect what the definition of ideology is: "A system of ideas and ideals, especially one which forms the basis of economic or political theory and policy."

You can easily see how that definition flies in the face of the First Amendment as it was written. Ideology is ONLY the basis of economic or political theory and policy and nothing more and nothing less.

Is that what we see and hear from today's right wing? Or do we see how right wing distortions go far beyond economic or political theory and policy?

No matter what good, righteous people have been taught by their parents or teachers, right wingers defy it. No matter what the Declaration of Independence or Constitution states, right wings redefine it for their own self created needs.

We have already seen the right wing in Charlottesville VA where a young woman was run down by a narrow minded bigot. We've seen the state of Missouri allowing men to force women into unnecessary pelvic exams "in case they may have had an abortion." We've seen time and again right wing vitriol the minute anyone refuses to bend to their imagined wills.

Right Wing is NOT Conservatism

To prove how distorted the right wing ideology has become and is not by any stretch of the imagination "Conservatism" the undeniable fact is that their ideology has caused a greater division between rich and poor.

Yet, these right wing ideology blame their favorite raw meat: "liberals."

So let's look at what the proof of their distortions about "liberals" really is:

In May 2013, the Rockefeller Institute of Government, a public policy think tank, reported on how our federal tax dollars are dispersed. The findings in that report is enough to prove the lack of any conservatism in the most right wing states:

The report not only clearly shows that 13 states pay the most in federal taxes and get the lowest returns. While the so called conservative states the most “dependent states,” as measured by the composite score, are Mississippi and New Mexico, each of which gets back about $3 in federal spending for every dollar they send to the federal treasury in taxes. Alabama and Louisiana are close behind.

"If you look only at the first measure—how much the federal government spends per person in each state compared with the amount its citizens pay in federal income taxes—other states stand out, particularly South Carolina: The Palmetto State receives $7.87 back from Washington for every $1 its citizens pay in federal tax. What's With the Great Angry Right Wing?


If their ideology was truly based on conservatism, would the top 10 poorest states all be so called "conservatives?" All 10 states have incomes that average under $61,000 which was the national average in 2019.

When these vitriolic right wingers blame liberals for their poverty, they are lying to themselves. Take a good hard look at the ONLY jobs in their states and the types of industries:

. Military industrial equipment

. Prisons

. Fossil fuels

How are liberal states to blame if these conservative right wingers refuse to get better educations? How are we to blame for being the liberal states that pay the highest federal taxes and get the least return?

A quick review of teacher salaries in conservative states shows the truth: The average teacher salary in a conservative state is below $65,000 annually. Massachusetts, New York and New Jersey top the list of highest teacher salaries and all 3 of these are so called liberal states.

The reality is that conservatism is not right wing ideology. Conservatism is how money is spent after right wing politicians are elected.

If the right wing thinks their grandiose displays of anger, bitterness hurts their hated liberals, progressives and anyone else who knows how to work within today's technological society, they need a reality check.

In fact, the right wing hates themselves for all of the wrongheaded misinterpretations they rely on to avoid having to better themselves.

Right Wing Misery NEEDS Company?

The old saying "Misery loves company" must have been directed toward others with narrow minds and narrower vision. Right wingers hate progress and advancements. They just don't mind taking advantage of the progress and advancements their hated liberals design, create and implement.

They don't want to stand out like sore thumbs and appear as ignorant and persistently self destructive as they are.

So the idea is to FORCE others to their misguided will. Now really, is there a way to unring a bell of intelligence? Unring a bell of advancement? Unring a bell of scientific progress?

These are the hated liberalisms these right wingers are now desperate to force to an end.

Yet, the reality is that time marches on with or without them and they have power only over themselves.

Right Wing FORCE is NOT With Us

Perhaps, because right wingers have far too much free time on their hands or because we of the working class hand them too much federal funding to the tune 85% of every federal budget.

They hate Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, until you look at how they are the ones who are the biggest recipients.

Back in 2013, NPR radio aired a program regarding SS disability. One of those interviewed was the head of SSDI in Alabama. According to him, he stated that AL saves $2 million every by shifting their unemployed to SSDI.

Then, you look at the states that have the highest number of welfare and food stamp recipients. All of the top 10 are so called conservative states.

Is that how they conserve? Hang onto their states' tax dollars and force their hated liberal states to cough up their SSDI, welfare and food stamps?

The right wing force is not with us and it is time they realized they are not a force at all but a cause of their own bitterness, anger, miseries and hated of anything they want but are not willing to work hardest for.

Coal mines are a thing of the past. So is oil. So is begging funding for endless for profit wars and their packed to the rafters prison industries.

No one a right winger considers a liberal will continue to pay their way when they can do it as well as we all can.

If they refuse, our donor states can so very easily cut off the federal tax dollars we send to their states. It is more than doable. The plan is already attracting attention in the 4 states that pay the most and end up with the least in federal tax ROI.
