How to add / include Euro currency sign in the cells of Microsoft Excel?

One of the most used currency in the world is Euro of European Union. The entire region of Europe is now using the currency for transaction purposes. So, we might find the need to insert euro currency sign while we are using spreadsheet to record some financial information. In this tutorial- we will learn the way to insert the Euro currency sign in Microsoft Excel cell.

Steps to include Euro currency sign in the cells of Microsoft Excel

Step 1: Click on a blank cell to make it the active cell at that point of time.

Step 2: Click on Insert Tab from the Excel Ribbon of the software interface to open up the Insert Toolbar.

Step 3: From the Insert Toolbar’s Symbols portion Click on Symbols option.

Step 4: Now, as the Symbol Box appears, select the Symbols Tab of the box.

Step 5: Find the Symbol of Euro from the appeared list of symbols and then double click on the symbol to insert it to the cell.

You can also insert the currency symbol of Euro by pressing 1028 while pressing the Alt tab simultaneously.
