LaterBro App for Facebook and Twitter, Stay Updated Online

Updated on July 31, 2015

For a Continual Facebook or Twitter Presence

For a continued Facebook™, and/or Twitter™ presence the LaterBro App is a strategic way to keep your presence popping around the internet.

Office managers and other professionals settings can use LaterBro™ to send a message sent out every 15 minutes, each half hour, or hourly for employees needing information about inclement weather, traffic issues, meetings and other important notifications.

Consider that it is also a good way for employees and club members to plan surprise parties or showers for friends, loved ones or the boss.

These applications are easy enough a 50 year old can figure them out.

LaterBro new Facebook and Twitter status appointment setter

Several years ago Mashable™ listed 10 new Facebook™ Applications they reviewed. These applications were launched for use on Facebook and Twitter™ in 2010.

As a Tweeter and HubPages writer, I was most interested in two of the ten applications reviewed by Mashable. As @Lillygrillzit, I hoped to build my on-line presence.

To be a good Tweeter, it is important to learn how to grab the attention of a reader, or potential client in just a few keywords. And to stay present. Going offline for a few days is healthy, but when it comes to online presence, out of sight, is out of min. It is not easy to stay strong out there, and it can take some effort.

The over 50 crowd is said to be the largest growing population on these sites, but would appreciate a Large Print version of Twitter! Ha ha ha

I do have a lot to say, and contribute greatly to the social and informational media of Twitter and Facebook.

Businesses, and organizations are actually hiring wordsmiths to come up with catchy tweets!

Out of the 10 Facebook / Twitter applications reviewed by Mashable™ two stood out me as the most helpful. They both looked simple enough for me to maneuver, so I gave them a try.

I did spend some time learning some of the uses for LaterBro™ and Status Magic™, found them easy to learn. It does take practice. Unfortunately Status Magic is no longer available via Facebook and LaterBro is an available app that automatically links with those accounts now, it is not exclusive to Facebook.

Since the initial release, the developers have tweaked the applications and every day, they are working better..

Testing LaterBro

The application called LaterBro [LB].

In order to write about this, I played around with it for hours. I was rocking and rolling along the Facebook highway last night, setting up status updates with LaterBro™.

I was able to make it work, and was delighted, and a little overwhelmed with the possibilities , it is cool.

You can go further, by having them set up every day, every other day, weekly and so on. For development issues, 1). If you go to edit a previously set update, it will lose the previous set time. 2). you must check the Facebook check-box for every status. It can be repetitive.

I have made sure to send feedback to the developers, and other users have too. Reminder, this application is in the development stage.

The LaterBro application can be used for many personal and business uses. The more feedback they get, the more it will help make this a useful tool.

Idea: Boss sick? At 4:00 am your boss, can set a "status update" regarding her plans, and go back to bed. It will go out at 5:00 so employees know it is a fun day at work.

Not 100% Guaranteed To Work Everytime

The App developers have been working on this a long time. There are times when friends have not received my Facebook text through LaterBro. It can depend on their privacy settings, and if they recognize the post as coming from someone they know. Until that has been established, it is a good idea to let your peeps know what you are sending, and then follow up. If you have any issues contact the app maker, they want to know.
