Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control

Updated on March 31, 2012

One thing I hate having to look for all the different remotes for the devices I use on a daily basis. The many different remotes include a remote for the TV one, for the cable box, one for the bluray, one for the stereo, one for everything else. It would be gratifying if I could just combine the remotes into one digital device. After searching I came across the Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control, and it has by far exceeded my expectations in every way.

The Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control is the perfect remote to handle all of my devices without being overly complicated. It can handle up to 5 different remote controlled devices n your home theater. This has helped me put away the other remotes. I save the original remotes in case I need them. The Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control supports up to 5000 different devices and models and is guaranteed to have your devices as one of them.

The hardware of course is constantly changing with new devices being bought and sold every day. The remote comes with an online database, to keep you updated with the newest hardware codes. You can simply download the newest data base with a quick file you can download to your remote via USB cable. So, you will always have the ability to add a device if you decide to upgrade or totally change your home theater.

The ease of use is what I enjoy most about the Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control. If, I want to watch a DVD that is loaded already I just push the button for Watch a DVD. The other feature on this remote that I like it is the button for “all Music” it comes up with all my music selections. It also has favorite displays that allow me to color code my favorite stations which can automatically jump to the top of the screen. Easy to read help guide right on the screen it truly is a smart remote. Making the Logitech Harmony 650 Remote Control, the ultimate in user friendliness and feature packed at a reasonable price.
