Microsoft Surface Pro 3

Updated on May 21, 2014

Microsoft Surface Pro 2 could incredibly be the best thing that ever happened in a tablet. Guess what?! Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is now available pre-order! How cool is that? This baby is really designed for power users that are always on the go. It doesn’t get better than this so check out the new Surface Pro 3.

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is by far the thinnest and lightest in the Pro family with only 0.3” (9.1mm) thick and weighing less than 2 pounds (800grams). It’s a perfect companion for the not so average users who are always travelling or on business trips most of the time. The larger 12-inch stunning display makes it easier to enjoy games or movies and at the same time helps you become more productive when working. Still loaded with Windows 8.1 Pro, you can virtually run all your favorite Windows applications with its 4th generation Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 processors to choose from. Probably based on feedback from Surface Pro 2, the multi-position kickstand allows you to work comfortably whether it’s sitting on your lap or on the table. The included new and improved Surface Pen allows you to mark up documents and provides the most natural writing and drawing experience. So if you’re big on sketches and taking notes, this wonderful device will not disappoint you. Watching and editing videos is practically effortless. The dramatic improvement in battery life from 7 hours to 9 hours, under normal use, lets you do a whole lot more in a single charge. The 5.0 megapixel camera on front and rear allows you to shoot great photos and make memories. I guess what I love the most about Surface Pro 3, aside from the blazing fast processor, is the option for storage capacity. I can choose an 8GB RAM with 128GB storage space or even 64GB and then use a high capacity microSD card. It would be a cheaper solution and file sharing is a breeze. I love flexibility!

Surface Pro Typer Cover comes as a great accessory to Surface Pro 3 which is one of the thinnest keyboards you can find. If you have a Surface or Surface Pro 2, you can still use them with Pro 3. So if you are still on the fence about buying this powerful device… just go ahead and purchase it. It is definitely worth every penny.
