Shutter 3d Glasses

Shutter 3d glasses are just one type of 3d glasses.  Many people don't realise there are many forms of 3d glasses and I am going to write about all the forms of 3d glasses very soon!  For now though we are going to focus on shutter 3d glasses and will explain how 3d shutter glasses work, a look at a couple of pairs of 3d shutter glasses, a poll about what you think are the best type of 3d glasses and the latest news about 3d glasses and more!

How Do 3d Shutter Glasses Work?

Shutter 3d Glasses work by blocking first the left and then the right lens.  This happens at such a fast speed that you won't even notice it!  This creates a staggered effect and allow your eyes to see the 3d clearly and is a lot better than most forms of 3d!

What's so good about shutter 3d glasses?

There are many advantages of shutter 3d glasses.  The main one is probably the fact that shutter 3d glasses don't limit viewing angles.  Another advantage of shutter 3d glasses is the fact that the colours/colors are more accurate, there is less smearing and there is a better contrast between the eyes.

3d Shutter Glasses at the Moment

At the moment not many electronic firms have released the 3d glasses yet so there are not many 3d shutter glass out there YET! Soon Sony, Panasonic and others will all be using 3d shutter glasses.  It is not clear yet whether these glasses will work with other 3d TV's or not at the moment.  However Samsung already have 3d shutter glasses on the market.

Samsung 3d Shutter Glasses

Samsung 3d shutter glasses are the first real shutter glasses around! They have a few different options but the best bet is probably getting the starter kit. This contains two pairs of Samsung 3d shutter glasses and a 3D Blu-ray copy of Monsters vs Aliens. The glasses are the same as the one in the picture on the right.

Of course if you want to have 3D you will also need a 3D TV - read about the best 3D TV`s.
