Are you on a 2-year contract with Sprint and own a Smartphone? Do you pay the additional $10 premium data fee to enhance your Smartphones 4G experience but yet your 4G status is always sleeping, doesn’t work, or roaming is always on? Is your Smartphone’s Internet connection very slow? Does your phone drop calls a lot? Do you own an Airrave for free or are you being charged for your Airrave? Have you already spoken to a Sprint customer service representative 10 times and have they advised you 10 times that the technicians are upgrading the towers in your area? Angry Sprint customers all over the Internet are complaining about Sprint’s 4G service because the phone company did not warn customers that their 4G service is not available in all service areas as of yet. Sprint is advising customers that they are doing their best by upgrading the towers but what Sprint should really be telling their customers is this;
We are charging you the $10 premium data fee for service which does not work as of yet and we apologize that you our valued customer has to mandatorily give us $10 for free until the towers are fully functional in your area. We apologize that the towers should have been working in your area by now but we don’t know exactly when the upgrades will be completed therefore please bear with us, again we have no estimated time of completion, again we apologize for the countless dropped calls you received, the slow data connections, and the phone connections with broken voice, but you will still be charged the $10 premium data fee for services that you are not receiving from Sprint.
Customers Need to Fight This Telecommunications Giant In Court!
Sprint's customer service representatives will not be able to help you. They will always tell you that the towers are being upgraded and that is all that they can do at this time. Sprint will not refund your money, they will not waive the early termination fee, they will not do anything other than tell you that the towers are still being upgraded. It is time to sue Sprint! It is time to bring Sprint their Sprint 4G Class Action 2012, 2013 Lawsuit!
