Fish Feed Extruder

working principle:
The powder and water in batching control, according to a certain proportion of continuous adding machine. Full contact into the machine for powder material mechanical force and air force generated in the rotary parts with high-speed rotation of the stirring tooth under the action of water and continuous mixing, granulation, compact and polishing process. Spherical particles of the products needed to get the final, reached the purpose of granulation.
Applicable scope:
Granulation is widely used in light, fine powder material. The basic particle powder is finer, the sphericity of the particles is high, the better the quality of ball. General requirements for granulation of materials before with the particle size of greater than 300 mesh.
Typical materials:
Tire pyrolysis carbon black powder
Technical advantages:
The granulation process does not need to add any adhesive.
- the machine is continuous wet granulation. After granulation materials make the flying dust in subsequent section has been effectively controlled.
- the machine with the high-speed rotation of the stirring tooth rotating the powder material forced agglomerated into spherical particles, and the natural agglomeration device (such as a rotary disk granulator, drum granulator) compared with particle size distribution, particle strength is greater than the natural strength of the agglomerated particles.
The product appearance: spherical particle shape, spherical degree is larger than 0.8, particle size is generally between 0.7-2.0mm can be adjusted, the granulation rate is greater than or equal to 98%.
It is easy to control the size of the particle diameter, can be adjusted through the appropriate moisture content and spindle speed. Usually the moisture content is low, the higher the speed is, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa.
- strong ability to adapt. Can be used for a variety of non viscous or sticky granulated powder.
The whole machine has the advantages of compact structure, stable and reliable operation, high production capacity, per hour 1 to 2 tons of granulation
To save manpower, the whole process takes only 1 - 2.
