You've got to search more on the internet. Type whatever comes up to your mind and google search it. You will finally find the answer.
That's what I do when problems arise. Need to be patient to search for more.
Try deleting the apps off your iPod then putting them back on again. If that doesn't work, restoring your iPod to the latest firmware using iTunes should work.
