PC Tuner software is orderred and paid for and I want to cancell the order-How?

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 1010 mini netbook and the tech installed PC Tuner software which when I ran it spoiled many of the registry keys and now they(Dell) are sending me a new hard drive.  The tolal cost is $41.34 and I do not want the software and it is already uninstalled.  It is too dangerous and I will not use it again!  I want my money back for the software and from what I can see it may not yet have shipped.  service tag 15NRRK1

You are straight up asking for someone to call Dell for you and talk them out of shipping the drive to you?

I mean... didn't you have to call them to order that to begin with?

I am sorry, but it sounds like they are doing you a favor, sending you the drive, and you asked someone else to fix your computer, and they uninstalled the program for you.

I think you'll have to live and learn from this mistake. I always tell people to really take the time to understand the problem, and be extra patient with your computer. But most importantly, back up your stuff on another source so that you are able to be without your computer for up to two months if necessary. Unless you're a business... then you should have a backup computer.

Sorry for the bad news. Really.
