how can i apply for a free phone for two people?
its for a 66yr.old man and a disable 27yr.old.they both get ssi and one gets foodstamps.they both have medcaid?
There are no free phones that I know. All cell providers will give a free cell phone per line with a contract, usually 2 years. However, most telephone companies have landline opportunities for fixed income and low income customers. Those phones cost about $8 a month. Check with your local provider.
The free cell phone & free monthly minutes are legit and 100% free. The cell phones are paid for by TracFone and the free monthly minutes are provided by the telecommunications companies.
A company called SafeLink runs the program. I wrote a hub about it. You can check it out for more details or go to their website. It sounds like both of your friends would qualify if the state they live in participates in the program.

Try to ask help from you local government or any non-profit organizations. I hope they can give you a free cellphone.
