Well if you could sign up for a phone company and get one of their two year contracts for a free phone.
If you're talking about the free cell phone programs, I wrote two hubs about two different programs. SafeLink wireless is running one and Virgin Mobile is running the other one. If you are eligible you get a free cell phone and free monthly minutes.
I think SafeLink's program is better and they are available in more states. You can apply on their websites or get more info on my hubs.

Do you read and comment on Hubs using your phone?I've done that a few times and it works quite well. The mobile version of the Hubpages is pretty well done. Just go to hubpages.com on your smartphone as usual and it will auto-detect that you are on a mobile.
