What does a printer need to be compatible with Windows 7 or the Dell laptop?

With an incompatible printer, you cannot print to that printer, period. For every printer you wish to use, you need to install a print driver from Windows 7 (most probably) or from a CD which comes with your Dell laptop.

All brands of printers or laptops kompartibel with seven windows. Already a hardware company's obligation to menyedian driver aids for production equipment that they can be operated on an operating system different (OS XP??, Vista, 7, Linux, etc).
