I'm not sure if they'll send you a replacement or not, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Call them at their toll free phone number or send them an email from their website and ask them. 1.800.SAFELINK

Did You Enjoy Watching 'You've Got Mail'?Just finished watching the film and absolutely loved it! Maybe someone would like to write a Hub on it? But I'd like to know you're favourite part. Mine is the second time they meet after he knows she's 'shopgirl'.

Is Skype a good replacement for a traditional home telephone?I am considering replacing our home phone with Skype. My wife & I do most of our calling with our cell phones and use the home phone mostly for messages and calling her family in Europe.
