Why do we think we can believe what we see on the Internet and on the news?
Because believing this stuff is the norm for almost as long as the news media exist, despite of the fact that they feed us with many false stories.
It's especially difficult for people my parents age to accept that news media is dishonest and corrupt. I do not know for sure, but I at least believe that when they were younger, that media was not so corrupt as it is today.
At least on the net, if you know me(or anyone) and trust me, then you can probably believe that if I say that the military is shooting the neighbours, then it's true(which it isn't. . .but you get the idea)

Where do you get your sports news and why?Newspaper, local or the Internet - Yahoo, msn sports, or you just browse and go to the main sports organization site? I wonder if there are still people who get their news from transistor radio.
