If you know what your phone number and password currently are, then you can call it from any phone and change the password by listening to the prompts to change your password plus retrieve your voice mail. Usually the way to access your voice mail prompts is by pressing pound (#) after your greeting starts and sometimes star (*). I'd also suggest contacting your cell phone company and the police if you haven't done so already. Your cell phone company should be able to advise you on how to access your voice mail too.
