I really hope it stays that way. It would be a shame for the government to regulate it to the point in which we no longer have 'free' speech.
Yes, I believe so, here in the Philippines. Though this might not be the case in some other countries that regulate flow of information online.
yes. look at what happened to Egypt recently. the Egyptian government shut down all their internet access to avoid the information flow resulting to an uprising.
No it cannot, Information online is a resource which can be attributed to a certain author. Most articles online are copyrighted and you need permission from the author to use that information. But there are PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resale Rights) which means that you can purchase this articles and claim that information as your own. Always make sure that you read the license first before using any of the above articles.
