Previously my site was indexed by Google but now not any more. What is my possible mistake?
My site was indexed at least 100 pages long time ago but now turn to '0' (zero index). I used webrank toolbar on firefox.
try typing in some of the search terms in yourself and looking for your domain. Use scroogle.org's scroogle scraper to avoid your results being organized specifically for you based on your cookies and previously visited pages. The scroogle scraper will let you search for 100 results at a time, then you can just ctrl+F and search for your domain address. It may be that the plugin or toolbar you use is temporarily glitching out.
Have you recently switched to the new sub-domain? Alternatively, if you haven't, it may have been switched for you -- I seem to recall that everyone would be switched soon. The new sub-domain will make it appear to the search engines that a new site, and all-new content has been submitted. These will have to be re-indexed, and PR re-sets. My own pages re-indexed within a week of the sub-domain switch, but pinging the sub-domain might speed up the process. I think the timeline on that varies depending on how many pages you have, what kind of traffic they're getting, etc.
