Guest Blogging Contest..... Would you compete for $100 Cash???

I am currently creating a website centered around Web 2.0, and I am exploring ideas to initially engage people along with creating content for the site. So my question:
Would you enter a guest blogging contest that awarded $100 Cash to the winner(based on content, comments, pins, Google+, tweets, etc)? If not, how much prize money would it take??

I'd take $100 cash in a heartbeat, yet alone, any amount of money would do. However, I would need to find something to write about.

This could be on any topic regarding SEO tips, creating content, blogging, etc... as long as it is helpful to readers.

$100 sounds good to me. Where do I sign up? :-)

I'm looking for guest posters, too. My site offers 2 backlinks, 1 ad unit and a minimum of 200-word article. Any takers? hehehe
It's called wordcrunchers.com, by the way.

A contest - so in the meantime, you get tons of free content and "eventually" someone will get $100.

Great way to con people into writing stuff that you get traffic for and increasing your AdSense income

I don't know how you would consider it a "con" if everything is outlined in black and white. FYI: A "con" would be TRICKING someone into doing something. Yes, getting addition content is the goal(as outlined), but everyone would participate willingly

Look let's call a spade a spade. You get a ton of content, you're holding out a carrot of "maybe" getting $100 bucks and no one will ever see the $100 since of course some faceless nameless idiot will have more traffic on their post..thanks but no

I agree with everything you are doing to fight spammers and con artist. Your only problem is calling a spade before you actually see a spade. What do ya do when you "assume"?
