My website, which was once very popular is suddenly getting no hits? Why?
When I had my wedding business in Minnesota my website was getting plenty of business, since I moved to Florida its all but died. What happened to change my place on Google or other search engines?
Well, the Google Panda changed just a few weeks ago and this could be why. I'm not to great with all the Google requirements for search engine optimization, but you could ask this same question in the Forums section. There are a lot of HP members there that know quite a bit about this type stuff and may be able to give you some good advice.
For those who are big into grammar, I meant "I'm not TOO great... ."
Google like to bring other websites down because they make tons of money....balls to anyone else they say....
I don't understand what you mean... how would they make money taking my site down?
Wayne, I don't understand either. What do you mean?
they put a lot of their own affiliate ads or paid ads right at the top of search...by weeding out the less engaged content they can fill up the top 3 spaces of page one with their own money making ads....
@Colleen
Please don't take it wrong but your website is not having the good things to be ranked in Google Search results. It was created in the year 2000 and till now it has only 53 backlinks with only 30 referring domains.
The UI (User Interface is poor). Your website is lacking in content. As Abby said it might have lose ranking due to Google Panda (low quality content). But still we can come up again, with few efforts like improving UI, Content, Integration of Blog & getting better baclinks & Social Media Integration.
As I mentioned above about UI of your website, I doubt that your visitors landing page experience will negative your Google Adwords campaign followed by low CTR, Max CPC, Max Bounce rathe & Higher bidding compared to what expected.

Why isn't poetry popular?The only thing I really do on hubpages is write poetry. I mean, I am going to expand my topic area, but it disappoints me how unpopular poetry is. Is there a way for me to increase my traffic to my poem hubs?

Why isn't Google plus very popular?When Google plus was in the beta phase, people were fighting to join. Now its popularity has seemed to plummet. The active number of users is very low. Why hasn't it caught on? Will it ever catch on?

How is it that a hub on the 'common mistakes new hubbers make' can suddenly become not featured, in spite of the fact it has had 9 views in a day, 24 views in 7 days and 35 views in the last 30 days? I only replied to comments on it both 42 hours ago and 22 hours ago (from two different hubbers)....

Slowly people are finding out but WEEBLY AND WIX HAVE MADE CHANGES. Their Free Websites will not be crawled by Search Engines!!!! So pay them, or your Free site will be useless.According to Weebly, older Free Sites will be okay, but new ones will not be seen in search engines.
