Do you use Microsoft Office or an alternative?
I use Microsoft Office exclusively. The others I have used, but I really don't like them.
I am using Microsoft Office now because it was on my old computer at my last job, which they let me take with me. This computer is about 10 years old, but still going strong. Motherboard was replace so it may have a few more years.
When I do replace it, I will probably start using Open Office. The Word and Excel counterparts would meet my purposes and the price is free.
I currently use Open Office. It works just as well (though the interface resembles the older versions of Microsoft Office). It is also free, and as long as you save using the right file formats, they will be compatable with each other.
