trouble in printer land customer service issues

    Anyone else had to deal with Lexmark?  I have had a very interesting week---I wish I could say it was all good.  Not only was their response not too positive but their costumer service person wasn't very nice either!  What was your experience?  please share.

      If I encounter a less than hospitable customer service person, I try to get off the call early, then call back later and explain to the next person (nicely) that the first person was not helpful.  Usually the second person will forward you to a manager or be extra helpful to make up for the first person.

      I generally purchase ink from online, and i am pretty much satisfied with the customer service that they give. Although i never had frequent calls to them as they were never needed but whenever i had calls regarding my inkjet cartridges they were very helpful.
