Need Help in making my Web design effective!

    I am thinking to setup my own company for web development.For that i am making a web design for my company web site.
    but i could not get a best web design for the site..
    can someone please suggest me how i can make a better and  informative design for my company....it should be represent my company....?
               Please suggest me what information and how many pages should i put in that?

      I don't understand: your company is going to do web development but you cannot do the web design for your company's website? Are you sure you want to get into web development?

      1) what is the kind of audience you would prefer as clients. As a start up web development company you should always focus on a niche sector like financial, healthcare education.

      2) have a strong portfolio created

      3) Ensure your website gives a good details about packages you can offer

      4) Create templates for others for your client web requirements.

      5) Contact us page should have a form as well as your contact details.

      I agree testpreperation's and smelloftruth suggestion. Both suggestion are great. you can follow it.
      Apart from that, see your competitors. and you can find the expert in this work on outsourcing site like freelancer or odesk. I have tried it. Great. Hope it is helpful.

    Try outsourcing solution.

    You may try searching web developers in anyr developing country like the India or Philippines and search for who wins the most coveted web developer award.

    If you got the best people working out for you for minimal fee, then that should solve your problem.
