Jad files wont install on VM LG Rumor Touch vm510

    I have created a folder im my memory card in the root called APPS, and i put the Jad files in it, and try to install them from my phone but i keep getting "failed to instal from memory card to phone"  I can figure out whats wrong or what im doing wrong
