NeatDesk Desktop Scanner - One of the best Neat Desk Scanner's

Watched the videos, read all about it, and pondered over this gadget for long enough, now I have it :-). Although I had a fairly good filing system at home for both business and private affairs, there was room for improvement. and lets face it, who is not sick and tired of all that paperwork, all those files, and to be honest, most if not all of the paperwork, especially the utility bills, we never look at again after filling, so had enough, went out and got this little guy, and now is sits prominently on my desk.

What's it all about, well to start with, it de-clutters your workspace, provides a central "inbox" for all your papers--ready to scan when you are, it stores, Organizes, and Secures.

NeatDesk is a high-speed desktop scanner and digital filing system that enables you to scan receipts, business cards and documents all in one batch. The patented technology identifies and extracts the important information--and automatically organizes it for you. Transform receipts into expense reports, business cards into address book contacts and create searchable PDF files from any document. Export information to PDF, Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, TurboTax and more. Scan three paper types on both sides with one push of a button.

With NeatDesk, you get a digital filing cabinet that intelligently organizes and secures all your important information. No more drawers full of paperwork, no more clutter, I just cannot do without this guy now :-)
